This WBLT provides an ongoing opportunity for individuals to experiment with various exercises and reflect on their goals. Learners will be developing a vlog style reflection to ultimately raise their awareness on physical inactivity and encourage learners to improving self-development. Learners will be completing sections in chronologic order and reflecting after each experience before creating a finalized reflection on the progress to their goal(s).

Intended Audience
The WBLT was intended for building a foundation to support non-athletic physically inactive individuals. The WBLT is secondary level students between grade 9 - 12 and parents to raise awareness.
