Weebly is a free (unless you want more features) website maker and host. It allows any educator to create a website from scratch with free templates to use, and user-friendly and intuitive designing. Many other media platforms can be added onto any Weebly webpage, including a menu bar for other pages within the Weebly site; slides and documents through Scribd; links to other sources, such as ebooks and PDFs; embedded YouTube videos and flash games; and helpful images that can go along the text on the webpage. Weebly can be accessed through any device connected to the Internet, and also offers the option of opening a blog page to allow for collaboration between learners.

- The many multimedia features available for use on any Weebly webpages allow learners to retain and retrieve information from various routes.
- A few of the multimedia features are adding images and embedding Youtube videos, as well as Flash videos, that can help provide helpful visuals for accompanying texts.
- Weebly also allows users/educators to open up a blog page, where users and learners are given permission to post and comment on each other's blog contributions, allowing for a collaborative space within the website.
