Developing An Athlete's Shooting Position provides coaches with valuable information to support athletes in the Learn to Train stage of athlete development. The module covers material that will help coaches support their athlete's to develop stable prone, kneeling, and standing positions using bone structure and equipment to support the rifle. The module also covers the technical aspects of the aiming, natural alignment, breathing, trigger control, and follow-through marksmanship principles. The material covered will help coaches to improve athlete performance, increase athlete enjoyment, and reduce long-term injuries.
